Greg manages a portfolio of shopping centers and industrial properties totaling over 1,000,000 square feet. He is responsible for coordination and supervision of capital improvement projects including tenant improvements and building renovations.  

Greg obtained his Virginia Real Estate Brokers License in 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.  He also holds a Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
