Sam is a native of Hampton Roads and passionate about making our region a place where businesses and families can thrive and future generations feel invested in our communities. He is a member of our Peninsula Sales and Leasing team and has strong customer focus that stems from years of experience running a landscaping business in Williamsburg. He takes pride in developing meaningful long-lasting relationships and connections with his clients.
Sam is a recent graduate, Summa Cum Laude, from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, where he was also a member of the men’s club lacrosse team and a student financial coach. His internship experience included financial planning, M&A transactions, and management consulting.
He has a keen understanding of the Hampton Roads region and its surrounding markets and enjoys the research and analysis necessary to complete real estate transactions.
