Bobby joined Harvey Lindsay in 2010 as a Property Manager and was responsible for supervising the routine maintenance and the overall operations of over 744,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties. Along with the property’s daily operations, he coordinated and supervised capital improvement projects, which included both tenant improvements and building alterations. Bobby was also responsible for providing financial reports for his owners, including the operating budgets, tenant rent collections, and monthly operating reports.
After serving as a Property Manager for four years, Bobby made the transition into Brokerage to focus on sales and leasing. He concentrates on industrial and office properties while also serving his retail clients. Bobby strives to remain current on the market and prepared to uncover off-market opportunities for his clients. Bobby is licensed to conduct real estate transactions in both Virginia and North Carolina.
