Marie Branch serves as an Association Manager with Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate, joining the firm in February 2026 with nine years of experience in property management and maintenance supervision. She works closely with condominium and community association boards, residents, and service vendors to support well-maintained, efficiently managed communities and to assist boards in navigating both day-to-day operations and long-term capital improvement initiatives.
Marie is committed to delivering responsive service and fostering strong partnerships through clear communication and a proactive, solutions-focused management approach.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in Literature from Old Dominion University and is currently pursuing her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.
