property management services in Southeastern Virginia. HL Development Services
Group, LLC is a new company formed on long standing principles of integrity, service
and experience. Harvey L. Lindsay, Sr. started the heritage of real estate development
back in 1919 with land development efforts that created some of Hampton Roads'
most desirable neighborhoods. Harvey L. Lindsay Jr. followed his father's lead
into commercial development and has been involved in the development of over twenty-five
shopping centers, two regional malls, and numerous industrial and office buildings.
The new HL Development Services Group, LLC draws upon rich development heritage
and applies the lessons learned to its current development activity.

Construction. HL Construction is a new company developed to expand available
resources and offer clients single source accountability for commercial real estate
services. HL Construction operates as an affiliated company of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate,
offering various construction services including tenant build-out, space planning,
renovation/rehab, store front design and build to suit projects. HL Construction
absorbed Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate's service group, Maintenance Experts and will continue
to perform the same maintenance services previously performed by Maintenance Experts
in addition to construction services.
